Financial Projections

Financial Projections are part of formal business plans but may be done independently to show investors how and when they will make their money.

Significant elements are:

Financial assumptions
Revenues and budgets for comparative theatrical films including domestic and foreign dollars
Projected income statement over three years for each film
Projected cash flow over three years for each film
A detailed explanation of the assumptions on which these projections are based

Risk Factors

Investment in the film industry is highly speculative and inherently risky.
